Founded in 2025, the Imperial Synergy Empire® was born when two visionary professionals -- Antonique and Demetrius Alexander (that's us! -- unified our separate paths forming a synergy that did more than just simply create a brand: it built a movement.
With decades of combined experience in transportation operations, military logistics, creative writing, leadership, coaching, content creation, regulatory compliance, fashion, travel, multimedia arts and cultural storytelling, we transformed our expertise and experience into a platform that fuses operations, education, regulation and imagination.
From a range as widespread as publishing e-books, creating an animated series all the way to consulting and modernizing inefficient procedural methods in the world of transportation, The Imperial Synergy Empire® is a varietal conglomerate of different sectors standing as a tribute to perseverance, legacy, and purpose-driven innovation.

With over 25 years of high-impact leadership across military aviation, public transit systems, and large-scale event operations, he brings both structure and soul to everything he builds. As a decorated USAF veteran and former traffic controller for one of the nation's 2nd busiest transportation system, Demetrius has orchestrated emergency responses, enhanced safety protocols, authored procedures and led teams through high-stakes environments with calm precision.
Today, as the Chief Creative Officer of Imperial Synergy Empire® , he channels his multifaceted skillset into powerful storytelling, multimedia production and cultural innovation. Whether creating projects, networking with professionals or hosting value-added business forums, Demetrius encompasses vision, resiliency, and a passion for amplifying unheard voices.
