With over 25 years of high-impact leadership across military aviation, public transit systems, and large-scale event operations, he brings both structure and soul to everything he builds. As a decorated USAF veteran and former traffic controller for one of the nation's 2nd busiest transportation system, Demetrius has orchestrated emergency responses, enhanced safety protocols, authored procedures and led teams through high-stakes environments with calm precision.
Today, as the Chief Creative Officer of Imperial Synergy Empire® , he channels his multifaceted skillset into powerful storytelling, multimedia production and cultural innovation. Whether creating projects, networking with professionals or hosting value-added business forums, Demetrius encompasses vision, resiliency, and a passion for amplifying unheard voices.
